Recharge your body and mind with our postpartum yoga class, designed for new moms seeking restoration after childbirth. Our gentle sequence of poses and functional breathwork will help you rebuild strength and find moments of peace amidst motherhood's demands. No experience or equipment needed. Babies are welcome!

This is a great, restorative class even if your last birth was years ago! There’s no time limit here :)

*If you have given birth in the last 6 months, we will ask you to provide documentation from your doctor clearing you for exercise (this typically occurs at the 6-week appointment).

About the instructor: Malorie is an experienced yoga instructor certified since 2021 with her 200-hour LYT yoga certification. She views yoga as a profound means of connecting with one's body and mind. In her classes, Malorie gently guides students to explore their bodies and discover balance in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Join Malorie on the mat for an enriching yoga journey that combines mindful movement with a genuine sense of connection.
